Glide down the Hawaiian mountains on the Zipline Adventure Tour. The zipline is a long cable that spans a great distance leading from a higher to lower height, with a pulley on which people can hang and use gravity to propel themselves down the mountainside. Soar with the birds, high above the trees.
This tour is also available from Oahu, call our agents and we can arrange roundtrip airfare and a rent a car, after your zipline, we will give you a list of must see sights on Kauai, before you fly back to Honolulu.
Check out the lush, tropical Hawaiian mountain greenery from the air on the exhilarating, catch-your-breath zipline tour. Take a bird's eye view over old sugar plantations via this extreme activity. There are numerous ziplines to choose from providing unique and memorable experiences. Fly over former plantations, rivers, bamboo groves, canyons and waterfalls. Compete with your winged friends.
The tour will provide safety items like helmet and harness. The zipline tour has expert guides who will teach you proper safety techniques. It is wise to dress in proper clothing - gloves, long shirt, long pants and covered shoes. You should also bring sunscreen and insect repellent. A hat, towel and bathing suit under your clothes - is a good option - if you want to swim thereafter on a beautiful Hawaiian beach. Enjoy a meal afterwards to reload your energy. Leave hanging jewelry, ties, scarves and loose clothing at your hotel. You should probably tie your long hair.
The ziplines are inspected by the Association for Challenge Course Technology (ACCT) - which has installed, operated and inspected challenge courses since 1993 and is accredited by the American National Standards Institute (ANSI). ACCT inspects the zipline routinely. Only state-of-the-art equipment is used for these courses, which meet industry engineering standards.
