Begin your voyage on the Star at the historic Honolulu Bay, where you may choose to wander the Aloha Towers Marketplace, architecturally designed to resemble an old-fashioned sailing vessel. When it's time to board the ship, you'll be ushered to the Honolulu Star's exclusive top deck, where you'll enjoy a champagne toast and a variety of appetizers with the captain himself. He'll provide a special welcome and tell you a little bit about his ship and the journey that is to come.

As the sun sets on the shimmering turquoise waters of the Honolulu Bay, you'll be led to a private table in the exclusive Art Deco Super Nova Room, the Star's most premiere dining area. Look out upon the entire bay as you enjoy the seven course French cuisine featuring seasonally inspired delicacies. Begin with an array of canapes including Greek Spanakopita, translucent Norwegian salmon, and mushrooms stuffed with applewood bacon. Next up is a Morel Bisque spiked with a crispy Yukon gold chip, as well as a roasted and caviared beet salad atop Nalo greens with a basil dressing. Then you'll enjoy a fresh whole Maine lobster served with Buerre Blanc, red pepper, and cornbread pudding. A tender beef filet is also at the offering accompanied by purple Okinawan potatoes, Madiera sauce with black truffle, and the chef's selection of seasonal vegetables. Don't forget to save room for the delicate fruited pumpkin cake with Anglaise sauce, served with the famous Kona coffee. If you'd like to enjoy the evening breeze after your meal, don't miss the private Lanai off the Art Deco Super Nova dining room, available only to five star dinner guests.

During your meal, you'll delight to the sounds of a live jazz band, top Hawaiian vocal talent, and other revolving live entertainment selections. Four super-premium cocktails or beverages are included. You may also choose door-to-door limo service to and from the cruise liner.
