History of the Polynesian Cultural Center
The Polynesian Cultural Center welcomed its first visitors in 1963. Since that time over 33 million people have enjoyed its verdant native villages, learning about the exotic culture, dance and music of seven Polynesian islands.
Interactive demonstrations, the festive Rainbows of Paradise Canoe Pageant, the IMAX movie Coral Reef Adventure, scrumptious food and sweet, refreshing sea breezes all combine for a memorable island adventure.

Polynesian Cultural Center Luaus
The spectacular evening show “Ha: Breath of Life” enlivens the night air with native songs, drums and dance. Over 100 performers from across the Pacific weave the exotic tale of Mana, a boy born in a distant paradise who grows to become a warrior. Feast as well at the luscious Ali’i Luau …and the island spirit will live in you long after your departure.
