This tour includes cold, bottled spring water and a delicious, healthy, freshly-prepared light picnic lunch, consisting of a turkey or vegetarian sandwich, carrots & celery with spinach dip, and fresh fruit.

What To Wear & Bring
Swimsuit, shorts, t-shirt, windbreaker or light rain coat, sport sandals, sunscreen, hat, bug spray and camera. You can purchase many of these items at our Poipu shop, and also rent sport sandals.

Note: You must weigh less than 275lbs in order to fit into the safety harness. The minimum age requirement is seven years of age.
