Fun Bottom Fishing Trip

Tour ID: OSAF-01
Location: Waikiki, Oahu
Duration: 4 Hours
Departs from: all major hotels in the Waikiki area

This is an easy, no experience necessary, ''fun'' bottom fishing tour and is great for the whole family. This trip is a great alternative to a deep sea fishing charter with a lunch cruise. You will enjoy a morning of fishing on the calm, near-shore waters. While you enjoy the beautiful sights of Waikiki, we cook up a barbeque feast for you. Try your luck jigging for over twenty different species of fish while making new friends and listening to music. Depending on the season, you may see the graceful humpback whales at play (December - April) or witness the famous ''green flash'' as the sun drops below the horizon.

Fish Disposition: All fish may be kept with the exception of protected fish. BBQ on board allows you to cook your catch, or you may take some with you. We encourage releasing some of the catch when you have enough.

Type of Boat: 47', 28-passenger U.S. Coast Guard Certified Delta.

Type of Gear Used: Spinning rods with 15 lb test and squid for bait.

Maximum number of passengers: 22 for fishing.

Target Fish: Akule, Opelu, Ta'ape, Snapper, Moana, Weke, Ulua, Menpachi, O'ie, Bonefish.

Departure Information: Pick up and Return transport from Waikiki hotels.

Time: This trip departs Kewalo Basin at 11:30am and returns approximately 3:30pm for the day session, and departs at 5:00pm and returns approximately 9:00pm for the sunset session
